Contract Management

Cisco’s Know the Network (KTN) system processes router records into reports that tell sales people which new service opportunities they have with each client.  The system processes uploaded files containing millions of records (device listings), reports the status of each file through its four-hour report-generation, then delivers reports to the person assigned to the contract.  I redesigned the interface for usability (while maintaining the original designer’s style), and integrated a proxy to Documentum that streamlined collateral and training material so it could be updated outside of the monthly release schedule.
